Ingredients

    •  2 cups sugar
    •  1 cup brewed strong coffee
    •  2 cups white rum
    •  1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

    •  Brew 1 cup of stong coffee
    •  Add 2 cups of sugar to a large sauce pan and pour the coffee in with the sugar. Heat to a boil stirring often. Remove from heat and let cool. Do not add anything to the hot syrup until it cools. Room temperature is fine.

    •  Add in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and the 2 cups of White rum.

    •  Mix thoroughly then pour into bottles. It is ready to serve over ice. Enjoy.
