Ingredients
- 1 box linguine
- 1 TBSP (or less) crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 6 TBSP honey
- 6 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 3/4 cup peanuts chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Boil noodles and drain
- Chop green onions, cilantro and peanuts
- Heat both oil and crushed red pepper over medium heat in a small pan
- Strain out pepper and reserve the oil
- To the oil, whisk in honey and soy sauce
- toss mixture with noodles
- Refrigerate overnight or until cold
- Before serving, top each individual serving with green onions, cilantro, peanuts, shredded carrots and toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve warmed or cold
