Ingredients

    •  1 box linguine
    •  1 TBSP (or less) crushed red pepper
    •  1/2 cup sesame oil
    •  6 TBSP honey
    •  6 TBSP soy sauce
    •  2 carrots, peeled and shredded
    •  1/2 cup green onion chopped
    •  1/2 cup cilantro chopped
    •  3/4 cup peanuts chopped
    •  1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions

    •  Boil noodles and drain
    •  Chop green onions, cilantro and peanuts
    •  Heat both oil and crushed red pepper over medium heat in a small pan
    •  Strain out pepper and reserve the oil
    •  To the oil, whisk in honey and soy sauce
    •  toss mixture with noodles
    •  Refrigerate overnight or until cold
    •  Before serving, top each individual serving with green onions, cilantro, peanuts, shredded carrots and toasted sesame seeds.
    •  Serve warmed or cold
