Ingredients

    •  1 pound Ground Beef
    •  1 to 2 cups Fresh Grated Cheddar Cheese
    •  1/4 cup Chopped Onion
    •  1 package Taco Seasoning
    •  1- 14oz Diced Tomatoes with Chiles
    •  2 to 3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
    •  2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
    •  8oz Spaghetti pasta
    •  2 cups Beef Broth

Directions

    •  Brown the hamburg and onions together.
    •  Add diced tomatoes with chili, and add taco seasoning.
    •  Stir in beef broth until all combined.
    •  Add spaghetti on top of mixture laying it flat in one layer allowing the pasta to be covered by the liquid to cook properly.
    •  Cover and bring to a boil. Continue to cook on low heat covered, for about ten to fifteen minutes stirring occasionally.
    •  Reomove cover and allow to steam out most of the liquid. About 5 minutes.
    •  Drizzle shredded cheese on top, covering completely.
    •  Cover pan until cheese is melted with the stove burner turned off.
    •  Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
