Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 to 2 cups Fresh Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1- 14oz Diced Tomatoes with Chiles
- 2 to 3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
- 8oz Spaghetti pasta
- 2 cups Beef Broth
Directions
- Brown the hamburg and onions together.
- Add diced tomatoes with chili, and add taco seasoning.
- Stir in beef broth until all combined.
- Add spaghetti on top of mixture laying it flat in one layer
allowing the pasta to be covered by the liquid to cook properly.
- Cover and bring to a boil. Continue to cook on low heat covered,
for about ten to fifteen minutes stirring occasionally.
- Reomove cover and allow to steam out most of the liquid. About 5 minutes.
- Drizzle shredded cheese on top, covering completely.
- Cover pan until cheese is melted with the stove burner turned off.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
